The Environmental Learning Center (ELC) at Greater Atlanta Christian School (GACS) in Norcross, GA, is remarkable for the breadth and variety of its holdings. Sustainability, From Our Kitchen, GardensDuring Winterim Week at Alexander Dawson School in Boulder, CO, some students elected to help out in the kitchen and garden. Ninety Lower School students helped make pizza, strawberry shortcake, composed salads and dressings, as well as table arrangements.
