Our Free Style™ concept provides a complete meal featuring menu items made without any of the 12 most common food allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, milk, gluten, eggs, fish, wheat, sesame, soy, mustard, and sulfites. Students, parents, and faculty alike can feel at ease knowing Free Style™ recipes are reviewed by Registered Dietitians for quality and safety. And it’s not only safe, but also easy! Just like everyone else, those with common food allergies can visit one station to fill their plate with delicious menu items.
Thanks to Free Style™, students with common food allergies can feel more included and valued. Free Style™ can empower younger students to explore their independence, as they can be directed to one station to safely build their own plate exactly how they want. Even those who don’t need assistance building their plate can appreciate a truly inclusive dining experience.
